We ship across India. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Handmade pieces may take a little longer during the festive season.
Delivery after dispatch: metro cities 3–5 days · other cities 4–7 days · remote areas 5–10 days.

You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Prepaid orders only: UPI, cards and net banking. Cash on Delivery is not available.

Damaged or wrong item?
If your candle arrives broken or damaged, or an item is missing or incorrect, WhatsApp or email us within 48 hours of delivery. Send your order number and photos or a short video of the parcel and the product.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after review. Please keep the original packaging until then.

Returns & cancellations
Every candle is handmade, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Small variations in colour and finish are part of their handmade charm.
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
